Ray Pinkstaff, CPA, JD founded Pinkstaff, Simpson, Hall & Headrick, P.C. in 1991. Ray is a 1976 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1979.    With over twenty years of experience in taxation, Ray specializes in estate and gift tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and complex tax issues related to strategic planning.    He is active in numerous professional, civic and charitable organizations.        Jackie L. Simpson, CPA   Jackie L. Simpson, CPA co-founded Pinkstaff, Simpson, Hall & Headrick, P.C. in 1991. Jackie is a 1988 graduate of The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.    Jackie has accumulated a broad range of experience in various areas of taxation including corporations, partnerships, individuals, and employee benefit plans. He specializes in several specific areas including automobile dealerships, retirement planning and compliance, medical practices, and financial planning for wealthy individuals.    He is active in several civic and professional organizations.      Terry R. Hall, CPA Terry R. Hall, CPA joined Pinkstaff, Simpson, Hall & Headrick, P.C. at its inception in 1991 while completing his undergraduate work.  He became a principal in 1997.  Terry is a 1993 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.  He completed his Masters of Accountancy degree with a concentration in tax in 1994. Terry has a wide range of experience in tax compliance and business and tax planning.  His areas of focus include manufacturing, construction, real estate development, medical practice, restaurants and franchise companies.  He also has experience providing expert witness testimony on various accounting related legal issues. He is active in his church serving in various capacities and is the treasurer for Middlebrook Christian Ministries, Inc.     Scott L. Headrick, CPA Scott L. Headrick, CPA joined Pinkstaff, Simpson, Hall & Headrick, P.C. in 1996.  Scott is a 1996 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. Scott has experience in various areas of taxation with a focus on automobile dealerships, construction industry and real estate development.
